One day, Joe sought advice from a local pilot-artist who emphasized the importance of daily practice. Motivated, Joe embarked on a training journey. After a few months, he showed remarkable progress, preserving his works in a photo gallery and showcasing his best pieces at a local exhibition. His talent caught the attention of a renowned pilot-artist, who challenged Joe to a friendly competition for the title of "Best Local Artist of the Three Windmills." Accepting the challenge, Joe created his finest artwork yet and earned the well-deserved title. However, he aimed higher—to become the country's top pilot-artist. To achieve that, he first needed to become the best artist in his state.

The next day, Joe packed his belongings, gathered investment funds, bid farewell to his family, and boarded a plane to a neighboring farm, determined to conquer the realm of pilot-artistry.

Throughout his journey, Joe triumphed in every battle until he encountered a cheating local pilot-artist. The opponent had a water cannon on his plane, which violated the rules. Joe attempted to outsmart the cheater but ended up with a damaged engine as his plane was drenched. Despite a successful landing, Joe's engine failed, and his plane suffered severe damage. Disheartened by the setback, Joe summoned his strength and sought the assistance of local mechanics to repair his plane. Regardless of the cost, Joe remained determined to become the best artist.

Additionally, Joe decided to enhance his old "Cropduster" plane, upgrading the fuel tank, engine, and body. With these improvements, he showcased his skills and engaged in battles. The cheater unleashed water, flamethrowers, machine guns, and bombs, but Joe persisted and saved money for a new plane.
